10 Haikus

What is it with Love,
That makes me feel so crappy,
then so happy.
*************************************
Hearts represent love
Love is a beautiful thing
Beautiful like me
*************************************
Snowflakes are my friends
They descend when winter comes
Making white blankets
*************************************
Sand scatters the beach
Waves crash on the sandy shores
Clear water shimmers
*************************************
Beautiful roses
just like the one you gave me,
unreplaceable.
*************************************
No one travels
Along this way, but I
This is my journey.
************************************
Why cry for someone
It only will bring you down
Into deep darkness
************************************
Won't you look and see
I am stuck with you like glue
Since you had those shoes.
************************************
You are like a rose
beautiful and natural
unique in a way
************************************
Laughter in my life
It can last for a year,
And it can last for decades.
*************************************

Meal I would cook...

If I could cook any meal for my family, I would cook Mexican Cheese Enchiladas. Enchiladas are Mexican wheated-flour or corn pancakes that can be spread with some spicy salsa and stuffed with almost anything in handy, but in this case it will be stuffed with cheese. Start by making the salsa: first tip the tomatoes into a sieve over a bowl to let the excess liquid drain away. Next remove the stalk from the chilli, cut it in half, remove and discard the seeds, chop the flesh very finely and place it in a bowl. Then add a little less than half of the chopped onion, the drained tomatoes, and season well with salt and pepper. Now give everything a thorough mixing. Meanwhile, mix the 2 cheeses together in a bowl if you would like. Next put the frying pan over a high flame to pre-heat and, when it's hot, dry-fry each of the tortillas for 6 seconds on each side. Place one tortilla on a flat surface and spread a tablespoon of salsa over it, but not quite to the edges, sprinkle over a heaped tablespoon of the cheese mixture, then follow this with a tablespoon of the crème fraîche. Then roll the tortilla up and place it in the baking dish with the sealed-side down. Repeat this with the others, then spread the remaining crème fraîche on top of the tortillas in the dish and sprinkle the rest of the salsa over the top, followed by the remaining cheeses and red onion. Now place the dish on a high shelf of the oven for 25-30 minutes, and serve absolutely immediately. This is how you would make cheese enchiladas.

Free Write: When I wake up...

When I wake up,
I want to feel the love from my parents,
To hear my little cousin's crying,
To see what I should wear today,
The smell of toasted bread,
When I wake up
I want to receive that text from him
saying "Goodmorning ....",
To begin my day with a smile
See that today will be a great day to enjoy
around your love ones,
Tell my real friends thanks for being there for me and keeping a good friendship with me...

Free Write: The first thing I want in the morning...

The first thing I want in the morning is to wake up with a goodmorning from my parents. I want to receive that goodmorning knowing that they know I always love to hear it. A goodmorning from my parents isn't just a like any other goodmorning. Its a goodmorning that tells me they love me and happy to wake me up with a smile. I especially like the hug from my parents showing my day has started to be great and wishing me luck at school when its my time to leave to school. Another thing I would want in the morning is receiving an I love you because it shows to me that I am loved and brought to mind ...

Free Write: There was something about the way she...

There was something about the way she makes me laugh. Everytime I am around her she has to come up with her jokes and comments of people doing something funny just to make me laugh. She always finds a way to make my day fun. She is always there for me giving me advice even though it may be funny and work. She is a great friend to spend my time laughing my butt off with. This girl is so hilarious with her way of being generally. Is it the way she says things that makes me laugh? Is it the face? Is it the smartness in her that brings out the funnyness? I don't know really what it is, but whatever it is makes me laugh either way.

If I had a hundred dollars...

If I had a hundred dollars, but I couldn't keep it. What can I do? I would donate it to an orphanage. An orphanage would be called to receive this money no matter how little the amount could be. This money I would donante it for them to make it useful for the children that really need new clothes, food, and other necessary things. These children would at least be happy to see someone really willing to help them in life since their parents left them behind and didn't care for them. The hundred dollars would really help out this orphanage thats why I wuld give it away to them.

The I Am Poem

I AM BEAUTIFUL AND CARING
I WONDER IF HOW MY FUTURE WILL BE
I HEAR THE DOLPHINS OF THE SEA
I SEE THE HONESTY IN SOME PEOPLE
I WANT SOMEONE TO LOVE
I AM BEAUTIFUL AND CARING
I PRETEND EVERTHING IS GOOD AT TIMES
I FEEL HAPPY WITH MY LOVE
I TOUCH RED ROSES AT THE GARDEN
I WORRY ABOUT LITTLE THINGS
I CRY WHEN I THINK ABOUT THE PAST
I AM BEAUTIFUL AND CARING
I UNDERSTAND LIFE IS A JOURNEY
I SAY WISHES MAY COME TRUE
I DREAM OF WONDERFUL THINGS
I TRY NOT TO GET SENSATIVE
I HOPE FOR AN AMAZING FUTURE
I AM BEAUTIFUL AND CARING

Do you remember...?

Do you remember the time we first met?
Do you remember the days we began to talk?
Do you remember the time you put a smile on my face?
Do you remember the day we became friends?
Do you remember when you began to have a crush on me?
Do you remember when we first went out?
Do you remember the day you told me "I love you"?
Do you remember that night you couldn't sleep
 without a goodnight from me?
Do you remember when we first kissed?
Do you remember the fun times we had together?
Do you remember the good memories left behind?
Is it a lot to ask, do u remember, because I really do.
You act like if it was a story erased out from your life.
My heart was all yours but all you did to it is hurt it.
I always got time to think about what was of us two.
Do you remember the day you came back?

Television Violence

Many people believe that television violence has a negative effect on society because it promotes violence. The effect of television violence on society has been clearly studied and vigorously debated. Among the scientific and public health communities, viewing violence poses a harmful risk to children/teenagers. Researchers claim that exposure to television violence leads to real-life aggression. Nearly two out of three television programs may contain some violence, avergaing about six violent acts per hour. Fewer than five percent of these programs featured on anti-violence theme or consequences of violence. Violence was found to be more prevalent in children's programming about sixty-nine percent than in other types of programming about fifty-seven percent. Violence can lead children/teenagers into brutal behavior. Teenagers may become numb to violence not just due to the huge volume of violent content being shown on television, but also because of the forms that the descriptions of violence often take. Children's cartoons exaggerate violence, but also teenagers have a form of violence of the "reality shows". Graphic descriptions of brutal violence are common in television programming. By the time a teenager, sees outright violence on television, we may have become accustomed to violence and no longer are shocked by such content. I said we because I am also a teenager not going through television violence, but just a teen. Television violence can make easy transition in the teenager from the fiction of a television program to the factual circumstances of our lives. Television violence may have an even more dramatic effect on us teenagers who already have emotional problems and have demonstrated aggressive behavior in the past. Also, television violence can bring up people risking their lives in content that is dangerous.Violence takes away a teenager the good way to become an educated individual. Some other effects of television violence are its a sort of addiction for the impressionable teenager, and the time that this television viewing occupies takes away from the time that the teenager would most likely be used to study, read, or enrich our lives. A common perception among most people today is that urban teenagers are all violent thugs with no moral compass. Violence occurs overall because of the large violence numbers of drug addicts, homeless individuals, and poor, all of whom may turn to violent crime to gain the money they need for theit addictions or their families. In conclusion, nit has been shown that television can have negative influence on teenagers mostly. This is why I agree with many people about television violence has a negative effect on society(children/teenagers).
